I thought I'd post my compilation of other author's books that I read in the past couple years. Most of these folks I saw on Twitter and thought I'd gove them a spin. Each review is heartfelt-- no bullshit, ny embellishments, no punches pulled. That said, there was not one of the books I regret reading; each had their own charm.
Read the reviews. For the most part they are self-explanatory. Please leave a comment if you thought the review was helpful and if it prompted you to buy the book. I can gloat and make the author feel horrible for having made him/her look so damn good.
Anyways, here's Braxtons The Glass Factory:
Here is Ms Adair's "A New Game":
JD's "Trinity 3.11"
Aaaaaand, "Bottom Feeder":
E.M. Burlingame, a fellow SFer, has "The Eternal War"
My man Steve Stratton (who also wrote a chapter in "Rosehips in June") wrote the first of his series, "Shadow Tier":
Blaine offers "Blue Dawn" but he wrote a review of one of my books.
Brett Allen is immensely funny in "Kilroy Was Here":
Mark is also HUGELY funny in "MONGOL MOON".
